Our corporate management team has 250+ years of combined security experience. It includes a retired National Security Director from a Fortune 50 company, a former Vice President of a national security provider, an Army National Guard Captain in charge of Military Police, and several former Area Managers from other security agencies.
Every Dallas client gets a single point of contact available 24/7, customer service and administrative support, and consistent communication with suggestions for improvement. We are not the least expensive security provider. We prefer being the best over being the cheapest.
Our officer training continues after orientation. We keep developing, testing and refreshing our officers' skills, and an in-house Director of Training oversees custom training programs for each client's industry or facility.
GPS Insight for real-time vehicle tracking and in-car 360-degree cameras, WinTeam for scheduling and billing, and Vision InSites, the real-time reporting platform where officers file reports, photos and patrol checks.
We hire only those with prior military, law enforcement or security experience, and our screening looks for sound judgment, emotional maturity, personal pride and a positive attitude.
